Kara is a Human Resources Consultant and Coach working as a contractor on our HR team. She has over 20 years of experience working in global organizations in a variety of industries and business models.  This variety of experience has made her a technically sound HR professional in a variety of settings and has given her strong strategic business skills to help leaders make HR work.  She has my Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and an undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in Speech Communications, with minors in business and political science.
