Liza is a Human Resources Consultant working as a contractor on our HR Team. She has over 10 years of experience working in charter schools in Minneapolis. Her work in the schools included human resources, operations, and finance.  Prior to that she worked for a large non-profit for 10 years as a Program Director.  She has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of St. Thomas, and a minor in Spanish.  She has also acquired her SHRM-CP certification through the Society of Human Resources Management.  At Designs for Learning, her main focus is supporting a variety of charter schools in human resources.
